Aroma Life for high blood pressure

We realized that about a year ago, Toby had stage 1 high blood pressure. High blood pressure runs in his family so it wasn't much of a surprise. Lavender and Aroma Life are both oils that can be used to help lower blood pressure. Because lavender is cheaper, we tried that first...with some changes but not enough. We got a bottle of Aroma Life. Within a week we starting noticing a bigger change than the lavender gave us. It was amazing! He continued to use it until he ran out of the oil. We decided to see if his blood pressure would remain normal without using the oil. That is one of the many benefits of essential oils, sometimes it just takes a bit to correct the problem and then it is no longer needed. So far he has been off the oil for about 2 months and his blood pressure is remaining the same. I am posting Toby's blood pressure numbers so you can see what we saw.

In case I haven't said it before, I love the oils! :)

  3. He used both the same way. 4 drops rubbed over his heart once a day. Good luck, I hope it works for you too!

  4. I have been trying various highly reputed herbals and remedies supported my innumerable testimonials and have been very patient in waiting for relief--but, sadly, to no avail. Until...a few weeks ago I sat down with my YL Desk Reference and wrote down oils thst could work, asteridking ones that sounded most right on for me. Then I went through my cuobosrd to see which I had. I layered 3 of them on: Goldenrod, Ocotea and the Peace & Calming blend. I took my BP after about 45 minutes. Astonishingly, my BP went down by at leadr 20 points! There was no other variable that could have been responsible.
